    I gave a flash talk at the Basel Computational Biology Conference (BC2), held in Basel, Switzerland.

  • Short Guide to Diving into scRNA-seq Analysis (2020)

    I recorded a video tutorial for performing scRNA-seq analysis, as part of the KeepScienceGoing Initiative during the COVID-19 pandemic, for others to learn how to analyze scRNA-seq data from scratch. More details at this (link).

  • Hands-on Session on PCA for Dimensionality Reduction (2018)

    I gave a hands-on session on using Principal Component Analysis (PCA) for dimensionality reduction of data in R, at the EMBO-INDIA Symposia on Big Data in Biomedicine, New Delhi. The talk can be found on YouTube (link).
